Pro-X AI Lister is a browser extension designed to help automotive dealerships create Facebook Marketplace vehicle listings more efficiently by importing vehicle information, filling listing fields, and assisting with photo uploads.

The Extension only performs these actions when initiated by the user.

Depending on how you use the Extension, we may collect the following categories of information:

Account Information

We may collect information associated with your account, including your name, email address, dealership information, account settings, and user preferences. This information is used to provide access to the Extension, manage your account, and provide customer support.

Authentication Information

We may process authentication information necessary to securely sign users into the Pro-X AI Lister platform, including login session information, authentication tokens, and account identifiers. We do not store or access your passwords.

Vehicle Listing Information

When you use the Extension to create vehicle listings, we may process vehicle-related information, including vehicle year, make, model, mileage, price, vehicle description, vehicle options and specifications, and vehicle images. This information is used only to assist with creating vehicle listings.

Website Content

The Extension may access content from supported dealership inventory pages and Facebook Marketplace listing pages when the user activates the Extension. This may include vehicle information, images selected for upload, and listing fields entered during creation. This information is used only to complete the requested listing workflow.

Usage Information

We may collect limited usage information, such as the number of listings created, import activity, extension errors, and feature usage. This information helps us improve reliability and provide support.

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate Pro-X AI Lister
• Create and manage vehicle listings
• Maintain user accounts
• Improve extension performance
• Diagnose technical issues
• Provide customer support

We do not use collected information for unrelated purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade user information.

We do not share user data with third parties except when necessary to provide the Extension's functionality, such as hosting providers, authentication providers, and infrastructure providers. Pro-X AI Lister assists users with creating vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace. The Extension does not:

• Access Facebook accounts without user interaction
• Post listings without user action
• Send messages on behalf of users
• Collect Facebook passwords

Users remain responsible for reviewing and publishing listings.

We use reasonable security measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, and support users. Users may request deletion of their account and associated information by contacting us.
